ABOUT The Gerry McDonald Mission House is a ministry of First United Methodist Church. The Mission House helps to provide food to the hungry in Scott County. Food is purchased from Second Harvest Food Bank, received as donations, or obtained from the United States Department of Agriculture. The Mission House serves approximately 250 to 300 families per month. Volunteer workers come from the church, the community, the Boy Scouts, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and local schools
